Chief of Staff (Intern or Full-Time)
We're looking for a founder force multiplier from strategic thinking to getting in the weeds and making the entire operation move faster. Looking for someone type A, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong writer and communicator. Open to either a full-time hire or a pre-MBA summer intern. If you're trying to figure out whether you want to start a company yourself, this is the role for you.
Founding Engineer
A builder role, not a management role. You own the architecture, set the technical direction, and build the agent command center directly. You'll design the real-time agent ingestion pipeline, the decision queue, and the business context layer. You're running agentic systems today and you understand the tradeoffs. As the first engineer, the decisions you make this quarter will hold for years.
Engineering Intern
For the college student obsessed with AI. You stay on top of every new model, tool, and trick the moment it drops, and you're already shipping with them. Work directly with the founding team on agent integrations, real-time data pipelines, and the command center UI. The earliest possible startup experience.
